The Berkeley Medical Reserve Corps (BMRC) now proudly offers Basic Life Support CPR Certification w/ AED training for UC Berkeley staff and the wider community. The training teaches individuals how to recognize and respond to cardiac arrests, better empowering all members of the campus community to save lives. The training is an inexpensive and timely resource offered in-house by BMRC, a student-run organization of EMT-B volunteers.
How do I register for the training?
Sign up on BMRC Eventbrite website. Note: first time class takers should take the certification training and already-certified individuals should take the recertification training.
If you'd like to arrange training for a larger group, please fill out a BLS CPR Class Registration Form to coordinate a date and location directly with BMRC. Class sizes are determined by instructor availability so multiple training days may be necessary to cycle through a large program.
