Ensure that each lab member’s required safety trainings are up-to-date. Required trainings and completion status are viewable through the Labs at Berkeley (L@B) roster.

Have your lab’s latest BUA and associated SOPs, lab specific safety trainings, emergency response plan, and any other health and safety related documents accessible for the inspection (i.e. immunization declination forms).
