Thank you for completing your required Radiation Safety training. As a last step, you will need to complete EHS 403, Onboarding for Radioactive Materials Users (EHS 403 is not required for RPM users).
EHS 403 registrations are made using the Onboarding Google Form. Please reach out to radsafety@berkeley.edu if you have any questions.
