1. Log into Services Recharge System (SRS)
2. Open your department page
3. Click: View Authorizations link located beneath Quick Links menu
4. You will be able to view list of authorized users in your department
Note: Authorization is required to make updates. Click here to find a list of authorized users for your department.
Note: If you do not see your account, try changing the Active field on the right from Yes to No or Blank.
1. Log into SRS with your Calnet ID
2. Click on the name of your department. If you don't see it, type the name in the box above 'Organization Name' and click Search.
NOTE: It is usually more effective to just search for keywords. ie. "Chemistry" or "Cell" or "Mechanical".
- Log into Services Recharge System (SRS)
- Find your department
- Click: Create Account for this Organization button
- Enter department information
- Click: Create button
NOTE: Must create Project to complete the account set-up process.
